StatusRoute is an independent application operated by Simple Apps LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by monday.com Ltd. or Microsoft Corporation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StatusRoute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Simple Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

StatusRoute is a notification routing service that enables users to send notifications from Monday.com to individual Microsoft Teams users based on task assignments. The Service includes:

  • Automatic user mapping between Monday.com and Microsoft Teams accounts
  • Direct message delivery to Teams users based on Monday.com assignments
  • Activity logging and notification tracking
  • User mapping management and CSV import functionality
  • Integration with Monday.com automations

3. Account Registration and Access

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have an active Monday.com account with appropriate permissions
  • Have access to a Microsoft Teams tenant with permissions to send messages
  • Complete the OAuth authentication process for both platforms
  • Install StatusRoute through the Monday.com Marketplace

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

StatusRoute is offered as a paid subscription service through the Monday.com Marketplace. Pricing, billing, and payment terms are governed by Monday.com's Marketplace Terms. By subscribing to StatusRoute, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the Monday.com Marketplace listing.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service in violation of Monday.com or Microsoft Teams terms of service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to share any data with the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or repairs
  • Third-party service outages (Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, hosting providers)
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Third-Party Services

StatusRoute integrates with Monday.com and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Simple Apps LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service
  • Third-party conduct or content on the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simple Apps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling StatusRoute from the Monday.com Marketplace and revoking OAuth permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required for legal or accounting purposes.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

16. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Apps LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
