- Monday.com Account Information: Your Monday.com user ID, email address, and workspace information obtained through OAuth authentication.
- Microsoft Teams Information: Your Teams tenant ID, user IDs, and email addresses obtained through Microsoft Graph API authentication.
- User Mapping Data: Associations between Monday.com users and Microsoft Teams users that you create or import.
- Notification Data: Information about notifications sent through the Service, including board names, item names, assignee information, and message content.
- Activity Logs: Records of actions performed within the Service, including user mapping creation, notification delivery status, and system events.
- Authentication Tokens: OAuth 2.0 tokens for Monday.com and Microsoft Teams, encrypted and stored securely to facilitate API access.
How We Use Your Information

- Route notifications from Monday.com to the appropriate Microsoft Teams users
- Maintain user mappings between Monday.com and Teams accounts
- Track notification delivery status and system activity
